Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers By Ihg Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in Copenhagen.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to access the city center. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and fast internet. The bathroom is spacious and the towels are fluffy. The breakfast in the main restaurant offers fresh made dishes, and there is a variety of organic food available. The club/executive lounge was somewhat underwhelming, lacking a variety of warm dishes and not meeting expectations.

We loved the kind staff, quiet and comfortable room, great amenities, proximity to public transport and shopping mall, and the green aspects of the hotel.

The view from our room on the 22nd floor was amazing. We could see the entire city skyline and it was nice. having two combined rooms with a door in between was a great perk, especially when traveling with kids. The convenience of having breakfast included was a major plus as well.

The pillows provided were uncomfortable, which resulted in a restless night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located, just across the street from Royal Arena. We were attending an event there, so it was perfect for us. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was also a big plus, making our travel hassle-free. The hotel itself is excellent, with a large lobby, quick check-in, and nice rooms. We had a room on the 18th floor and enjoyed the spaciousness, comfortable beds, and nice view. The wifi was reliable and we found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

My partner and I had a wonderful time during our romantic getaway. The hotel's location was perfect for us, being conveniently situated between the airport and the city center. This made it easy for us to explore all that the city had to offer. The hotel also had a shuttle bus service, made getting to and from the airport easy. We were impressed with the modern and innovative design of the hotel, especially the lobby with its atrium filled with trees. It created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for our stay.

There were a couple of aspects that we were not thrilled about. the free wifi was disappointingly slow, difficult for us to stay connected.
